As part of the Vinexpo Academy, on Wednesday 12 February, Sturia CEO Laurent Dulau will moderate a unique event, pairing wines and the most luxurious of foods – caviar.
In cooperation with ASI, Association de la Sommellerie Internationale, three top sommeliers – Raimonds Tomsons, Piotr Pietras and Markus del Mongo (Best Sommelier of the World 1998), have each selected exceptional wines that will serve as the ideal accompaniment for this wonderful delicacy. Which of these sommeliers will find the perfect match? They will be ranked by tasting 2 “haute couture” caviars: the Vintage and Oscietra caviars and 3 exceptional wines selected by the speakers.
