Mixologists and the technical team at Avondhu Liqueur Company have come together to create Cremõr Irish Cream Liqueur.
The new liqueur is a combination of using fresh Irish cream from the company’s sister dairy, Silver Pail, Ireland’s biggest ice cream producer, and quality Irish spirit and whiskey. It has been made specifically so it can be used in many ways, either as a drink on its own, or to float neatly on any liquid, hot or cold, that is denser than water. Making it ideal for cocktails, such as espresso martinis and Irish coffee, that can now easily be made at home.
