Bestheim Adds New “Bubbly”
Recognized for the quality of its Crémant d’Alsace, BESTHEIM continues to expand its range with cuvées of character. Thus, the house presents its latest creation, the Crémant d’Alsace BESTHEIM EXTRA – BRUT.
This cuvée is made from 60% Pinot Auxerrois and 40% Pinot Blanc. The vinifi cation is always done according to the traditional method, and this without malolactic fermentation on the base wine in order to preserve its “original” freshness.
Finally, faithful to our principles, this great Crémant has aged 24 months horizontally in our cellars. The result is up to it! A Crémant d’Alsace in the pure line of the great “Blanc de blancs” and with a “gastronomic” dosage (3.00 g of residual sugars / liter).
It presents a fresh and fruity bouquet with delicate fl oral notes. The mouth is fresh and pure as it should be. Horizontal storage supports this straightness by a beautiful substance and a fi ne bubble.
Great art to savor both as an aperitif or during a meal.
